Maintenance

Before you move in, we will make sure your apartment is move-in ready by ensuring it is clean, smells fresh, and is livable. We will also ask our maintenance team to fix any areas or parts of the apartment that need attention.

Yes, we have on-site maintenance.

If an item in your unit needs repair, you can submit a work order through our Resident Services app. A QR code on a flyer is provided to you at move-in to access the app. You can also call the office to submit a work order.

Maintenance issues are handled by submitting a work order, which notifies our maintenance team of the issue and keeps a record of the maintenance work that needs to be done.

No, you do not have to be present as long as our maintenance team is granted Permission to Enter (PTE) by you.

If you are locked out of your home, you can come to the office and provide your ID to verify your identity.

You are allowed to decorate the apartment, but there will be a penalty if there is damage to the drywall or more than regular wear and tear.

Amenities

The Encore property offers a swimming pool, clubhouse, outside BBQ area, gym, and dog park.

The pool is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., which are the office hours.

Yes, every unit is designated one free carport, and there are additional parking spaces that are not under a carport throughout the property.

The washer and dryer hookups are located inside the unit in the laundry room downstairs.

Yes, our community is pet friendly. However, we do have some breed restrictions, which can be accessed on our Amenities Page or by calling the Encore office.

The fees associated with having pets are a $450 pet deposit per pet and a $50 rent charge per pet. Only two pets are allowed.

Yes, there is a pet park located in the middle of the property.

The standard appliances include a microwave, stove, and dishwasher.

No, we do not currently offer furnished apartments.

Yes, the shortest term lease we offer is six months.

No, we do not hold packages in the leasing office. They will be delivered to your mailbox or front door based your courier arrangement.

The fitness center is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The gym includes a cable machine, a full leg machine, three treadmills, and an arm machine.

No, there is no charge to take a tour of Encore Apartments.

We accept walk-ins, but you can also call the office or use our website to schedule a tour.

The management at the local office is very accessible. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and you can reach us via email or phone call.

You can apply for an apartment online. See availability on our Floor Plan page.

It can take 1-3 days for an application to be approved.

After paying your application fees and deposit, which is either half or the full rent amount, your move-in costs will be a prorated amount based on your move-in date.

For first-time renters, it is important to ask review details about payment, rent, renter’s insurance, amenities, and parking.

You can pay your rent through our RentCafe app using a debit card. You can also use the app to scan a cashier’s check or money order from the post office or bank. Another option is to pay through WIPS, which allows you to pay with cash or card at local stores like Walgreens or Walmart using a special barcode. Additionally, you can use FLEX, a third-party service that allows you to pay in two installments.

You can pay your rent online through our RentCafe app.

Yes, there is a $5 service charge, a $14 damage waiver charge if you do not have your own renter’s insurance, and basic utilities for water, trash, and sewer.

Yes, you are required to have renter’s insurance. We offer a damage waiver program called Popic, which you are automatically opted into unless you choose another renter’s insurance company or program.

No utilities are included in your rent. You are responsible for water, trash, sewer, and separate bills for SoCal Gas and Edison.

You must call Edison and SoCal Gas to set up your utilities and obtain your account details. More information will be provided once you are accepted. Water, trash, and sewer are paid the same way you pay your rent.

You can use Spectrum for Internet and cable.

Yes, if you refer friends or family and they remain in good standing for 60 days, you are eligible to receive a $300 discount on your rent.

You can have up to two guests per unit in our community amenities.

No, we currently do not offer price reductions for signing a longer lease or paying rent a year in advance.

No, subletting is not allowed.

If you must break your lease, you will need to pay twice the rent and any concession that was offered. For example, if you received $1,000 off at move-in, you would need to pay that back along with twice the rent amount.

Yes, there is a bus stop a few blocks down the road.

Our community is near an In-N-Out, Chick-fil-A, Subway, and KFC, all within walking distance. The Ontario airport is right down the street. There are more shopping and food markets up the street, including a Target and a mall a couple of roads down.

We are in the Ontario School District.

We have a dog park located on the property, and a public dog park is 1.4 miles away, about a 5-minute drive.

Yes, there is a bike trail located along Vineyard, about 12 minutes away, called Cucamonga Creek Trail.

Residents shop at Ontario Mills, which is about 3.7 miles away, and there is a grocery store called Cardenas 0.5 miles away. There is also a Target 0.4 miles away from the property.

The nearest coffee shop is Starbucks, which is within walking distance at 0.4 miles away.

Directions

We are located off of G Street and Vineyard. If you are heading east on Vineyard, passing the In-N-Out, you would make a right on G Street, then drive pass the Chick-fil-A and KFC, and you will come across a motel on the right. Closely after the motel, you will make a right turn into our Encore community. There is “Encore” signage visible at the front of the property.

The nearest cross streets are G Street and Vineyard.
